Additional Services, Fees & Policies
Additional Services & Fees:
$100 for each additional Miniature Horse requested or needed for large Parties, Events or Functions.
$50 for each additional 1/2 hour at your Party, Event or function.
$20 for each additional guest over the 12 guest inclusive package.
Travel Fees:
A travel fee of 45¢ per mile will be charged for events that are outside of Butte County.
Payments & Deposits:
We do require a $50 nonrefundable deposit for all parties. Deposit will be credited towards the cost of event accordingly. You may reschedule event date by providing no less than forty eight (48) hours.written notice to Miniature Horse Photos & Fun. In the event of weather related cancellations or rescheduling, the 48 hour written notice will be waived, however, cancellation due to weather must be received 12 hours prior to the start of the event. If cancellation is not received 12 hours prior for a weather related cancellations, payment for event is due in full. Deposits will be credited toward a rescheduled event for up to ONE YEAR.
In order to have your event date reserved in our books a deposit must be received within 10 days of your reservation request. For your convenience we accept All Major Credit Cards, Pay Pal, Money Orders & Checks (If checks are used be aware that there is a $25 service fee on all returned checks)
Safety & Insurance:
Our Miniature horses are clean & well groomed, in good health, with regular veterinary care and appropriate vaccinations, just like our other pets. They are well trained & most importantly child friendly.
We never compromise on safety!
Cute isn't everything -- safety is! We take every precaution possible to ensure safety is not compromised. All animals and handlers are trained and all equipment is checked before leaving the farm, and because we are concerned for your safety and comfort, all our vehicles are equipped with brakes. So we're confident that our animals, equipment and handlers are the safest
Care is taken at all times to ensure the safety of both the children and the animals. We are careful to instruct children on how to proceed near the miniature horses -- never walk behind them, never offer them food from your hand, etc... We also follow safety guidelines on having every one sitting properly in the vehicles, with bottoms on the bench seat and feet firmly on the floor. This is the SAFEST seated position.
Insurance Policy:
Miniature Horse Photos & Fun maintains all insurance’s required by law including full liability coverage, we can provide copies of our insurance certificate upon request.
